Brace yourselves, gentle readers. We bought ourselves a sweet little piece of digital camera technology this weekend and I'm terribly excited to get some pictures posted on this blog. Have you thought about the implications? Sure, you'll get to see Lincoln and Daniel on a more regular basis, but you'll have to shuffle through gratuitous knitting/craft shots, as well as random pics showing off my mad photography skills. Consider yourself warned.

And now, for your viewing pleasure, may I present "Presto Chango", the baby sweater I just finished. I still need to weave in some loose ends and fix that wonky-placed button on the right, but I love the way it turned out. (my first try at knitting lace, dontchaknow) This little beauty is going to be auctioned off at a Relief Society service auction, but I'll make another one for anyone who posts a comment to my blog announcing the impending arrival of a little bundle of joy.
I also couldn't resist posting some pictures of the cute little bean plant that's growing in our kitchen. I started it with the intention of transplanting it to our garden, but it was huge before I knew it and yesterday I discovered little bean pods. Nine of them! Obviously, it's very happy in the kitchen, and there it will stay.

Angie,
You should probably count yourself lucky to be Theresa's friend, since her blog is where I found the link to information on how to "prettify" a blog:
